Donna DURENBERGER

Donna Baldi Durenberger, one of God's most precious angels, was born on March 16, 1943 in San Francisco, California to Raymond and Coila Baldi. She passed away January 29, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.She attended Lincoln High and graduated from Novato High School in 1961. Jerry, the wonderful love of her life, and Donna met in Novato, summer of 1964 and were marriedon February 14, 1965.Donna and Jerry lived in Petaluma for 27 years, raising their sons Anthony and David. Being a devoted wife and mother, Donna also worked as a dental assistant for 12 years. Donna, Jerry and two sons formed Durenberger and Associates Construction.While on vacation in 1992, Donna saw the London Bridge on the map. A visit to the Bridge convinced them to move to Lake Havasu in December 1993. Jerry found hishealth improved with the warm climate. They started Durenberger Construction, Double D Computer Drafting, and Donna also worked for Marie Meahl Appraisal Services.Donna's interests included spending time with her family, going on the lake, traveling, reading, volunteering her time to organizations and special times with her friends. Donna served on the Church Board at Lake Havasu Center of Religious Science.Donna is survived by her husband of 41 years, Jerry; mother Coila Baldi, of Cotati, California; sons, Anthony and daughter-in-law Elise, David and daughter-in-law Christine, grandchildren Justin and Callan of Cotati, Ty and Te'a of Lake Havasu; sister in law Arlene Baldi, of Novato, California; niece Marie Birkland of Racine, Wisconsin, and nephew Greg Baldi of Meadow Vista, California. Donna was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Baldi, Sr., and brother, Raymond Baldi, Jr.A celebration of life will held Saturday, February 4, 2006, 10:00 am at the Eagles Aerie #4299,1561 Marlboro Dr., Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Rev. Carol Sheffield will conduct the celebration.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Donna's name to Lake Havasu Center of Religious Science, 2126 McCulloch Boulevard, #15, P. O.
